Measuring Organisational Effectiveness through Employee Involvement in Malaysian Manufacturing Industry

Business organisations need to operate effectively in ensuring the company’s overall success. Besides, employee involvement is one of important issues that should be focused by nowadays organisation effectiveness strengthening company performance. In light this, current study looked into and how it affects organisational manufacturing industry Selangor. It was conducted analyse which elements have most impact on effectiveness. Three dimensions were tested against this cross-sectional study, namely empowerment, team orientation capability development. The primary data collected from a group 206 employees Selangor through self-administered questionnaire survey. Analysis descriptive, correlation multiple regression carried out test variables for predictions results revealed all three independent are development has significant influence towards view highly recommended business encourage start building long-term positive relationship with its All these will ensure managed corporate goals objectives successfully being achieved.
